Q: What Can I Expect In 30 Days?

In a nutshell, when you follow the Swole & Shredded 28 Day Challenge to a "T" you'll notice even the most stubborn body fat fall off of your body. Your chest will become harder. Q: Do I need dumbbells for this program?

Yes the Swole and Shredded program are home dumbbell workouts, so you will need to start with at least 10lbs, 15lbs and 20lbs and then add more dumbbells from there…You can also use adjustable dumbbells but make sure that you can change the weight within 15 seconds as we use metabolic resistance training.

Q: What If I Haven’t Worked Out Before Or In Years?

No problem... the Swole and Shredded phases are progressive and you can workout at your own pace…plus these are pre-recorded follow along workout videos so I am there with you, to coach and ensure you do the exercises right.

Q: How Long Are The Workouts?

The main workouts inside the program ate all 24 minutes…there is a warm up, optional abs and core finisher and stretch which bring the entire session under 45 minutes.
